Bringing Claude models in Microsoft Copilot into the EU Data Boundary | Microsoft Copilot Blog
Microsoft has announced that Claude models by Anthropic will be brought into the EU Data Boundary for Microsoft Copilot, with availability planned by the end of 2026. Organizations in the EU and EFTA will be able to use Claude across Copilot experiences, with processing kept within the boundary where their data is already stored. Customers already using Claude need no action, and the setting remains off by default in the EU and EFTA until admins enable it.
